"User" refers to individuals or entities who access and use the Paymyservice platform to find and hire vendors.

"Vendor" refers to tradespeople or service providers who offer their services through the Paymyservice platform.

"Service" refers to the functionalities provided by Paymyservice, including but not limited to listing, searching, and hiring tradespeople.

Eligibility

Users: You must be at least 18 years old to use Paymyservice. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

Vendors: Vendors must be legally registered businesses or individuals in Nigeria and must provide valid identification and proof of business registration where applicable.

User Obligations

Account Creation: Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account on Paymyservice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Usage: Users agree to use Paymyservice for lawful purposes only and following these Terms and Conditions.

Payments: Users agree to make payments for services rendered by vendors through the payment methods provided on the platform.

Vendor Obligations

Account Creation: Vendors must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Service Quality: Vendors agree to provide services with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards. Vendors must deliver services as described in their profiles or listings.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in providing their services.

Payment Terms

Payment Processing: Payments made by users to vendors are processed through the Paymyservice platform using the Flutterwave payment gateway. Paymyservice may deduct a service fee from each transaction.

Refunds: Refunds are subject to the agreement between the user and the vendor. Paymyservice may mediate disputes but is not responsible for refunds.

Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, users and vendors must attempt to resolve the issue directly. Paymyservice may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee a resolution.

Reviews and Ratings

User Reviews: Users may leave reviews and ratings for vendors after completing a service. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences.

Vendor Ratings: Vendors understand that their ratings and reviews are publicly visible and can impact their reputation on the platform.

Content Moderation: Paymyservice reserves the right to remove or modify reviews that are deemed inappropriate, false, or misleading.

Termination and Suspension

User Termination: Paymyservice may terminate or suspend a user's account if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activities.

Vendor Termination: Paymyservice may terminate or suspend a vendor's account for providing substandard services, receiving negative reviews, or violating these Terms and Conditions.

Termination by User or Vendor: Users and vendors may terminate their accounts at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on Paymyservice, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Paymyservice or its licensors.

License: Users and vendors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Paymyservice platform for its intended purposes.

Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Paymyservice provides the platform "as is" without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

Liability Limitation: Paymyservice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Paymyservice, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

Indemnification

Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paymyservice, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of Paymyservice or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
